I graduated from studying Information Technology. My long term goal for the future is to work in the Cyber Security field. I have worked in the data center environment and love every minute of it. My goal for the next 5 - 10 years is to work as an IT professional and bring about my experiences into the field.

As a Control Room Operator, I perform a wide variety of tasks. I keep a time recorded log of activities, dispatch officers to alarms, update tickets, create tickets, manage access control, assist the supervisor and client with any task, and helps enforce policies. I’ve also trained new Control Room Operators, and client managers, on access control program such as LENEL.
