Responsibilities:

  • Confidential expands its portfolio, additional office space is needed to accommodate the expansion.
  • I have been asked to manage this expansion project. To facilitate this, I coordinated with Procurement on ordering new switches; desktop phones; and additional laptops.
  • Ordered additional network and fiber drops, and have the drops patched back to the LAN room. Liaised with the network team to configure the switches.
  • Assigned the imaging and configuring of these new laptops, and the programming of the new desk phones. Coordinated with the Admin team to create the network account and provisioning of access. As a result of this concerted effort from the different stakeholders, the project was completed on time, on budget and we were able to welcome our new team members with a flawless first - day impression.
  • Lead the implementation of the “follow me printing” Confidential the Global Headquarters Campus. Liaised with vendor to configure the servers and site preparation (ensuring dedicated IP addresses are reserved, network drops are ran and patched, ports are configured in correct subnet). Liaised with vendor to deploy hardware. Directed the deployment of the Mac client. Coordinated with the SCCM team to package the windows client. Served as core member of the deployment team in authoring the support protocols, escalation process and post deployment activities.
  • While serving as the team lead Confidential the Global Confidential, realized that providing sound, quality and consistent services to this highly sensitive audience environment required every member of the team following stringent standards of procedure. Took inventory of all essential activities of the operation, established the best practices; integrated the information into the current version of the SOP.
  • Established a life cycle procedure to manage all computing assets Confidential the Global Confidential campus, controlling the flow of assets entering and exiting the campus.
  • Held training session to ensure the entire team fully understood the new procedure.
  • As a result, all outstanding “end of lease” equipment were processed and returned to lease holder on time.
  • Confidential has embarked on a community outreach program with Confidential, a non-profit organization committed in closing the opportunity gap.
