- I perform and am accountable for Deskside and Service Desk functions, providing resolutions to over 23,000 civilian, contractor and Military Pentagon customers, on site and around the globe. Having absorbed the PFPA, AT&L and POLICY IT support groups, we are the central desktop support with 13,000 users on site. I resolve NIPRNet (L1) and SIPRNet (L2) issues remotely. Disa issues.

We manage settings for software and hardware, ICompass, Java, Mobikey, DCO, Outlook, e-vault, Lync, VTC, V-apps, Software center on Dell and HP desktops and laptops. Troubleshoot Xerox and HP MFP and printers, desktop scanners and assorted peripherals.
- I user administrative tools, such as Active Directory (ARS). Modify and maintain accounts on servers as needed: Data-Armor, Maximo, Black Berry-BAS-BEZ, Lync to name a few.
- I troubleshoot, VPN, Citix, GINA remote software accounts and connections. I maintain Remedy 7.6 and 8.1 queue’s at acceptable levels while meeting SLA’s and PKI’s, and delivering excellent customer service.
- I have the responsibility to train new technicians and associated teams, as needed. I am called upon as an SME to solve difficult issues on escalation. I am tasked with bi-weekly visits of over 30 Pentagon Suites to assist customers with issues or answer questions and train one on one.
- I have Trusted Agent status and reset NIPR and SIPR token pins on CAC and Token cards. I recover, update certificates in DISA and modify, DEERS, Outlook entries, RAPIDS for PIV and certificate, PKI issues. I work with active client and 90 meter on the local side. We use Dameware Remote access to NIPR/SIPR systems and Domains, to change, configure, install or instruct users. We are compartmentalized, so I work with information assurance, risk management and a more than 20 groups and numerous third party vendors. The list is extensive.
- I share information, update files and disseminate information and training via DCO chat, Lync, email or printed documentation and collect the same. During peak transitions, server migrations and degradations, I can work 20+ issues a day, for weeks at a time.

- I began as a tech and promoted to team lead after 2 years, so have experience working with an assortment of shop equipment hoists and hydraulic systems, hand, electric/ cordless power and pneumatic tools, specialty tools, fasteners, associated hardware and torque tools.
