Responsibilities:

  • Duties included rack, stack, and connected with some provisioning of Cisco 3750’s in a stack formation providing remote access for programmer to complete the Cisco Configs to put into active use.
  • Worked on setting up DL380’s and DL580’s with ESXi 5.5 to ESXi 6.5. As well as basic setup of Windows Server 2012 on the VM’s created on the DL’s.

  • Later I reviewed customer service order records using various parsing and reporting programs against the existing voice mail databases in two cities to correct inconsistencies between the services ordered and valid VM accounts.
  • All telecom positions were terminated due to the department closing.
