Help Desk Support/Tech Repair/Systems Troubleshooter
- Assigned 2 techs and myself to support Pentagon Facility, and 2 other “Offsite” locations
- Agency has over 90 + Employees between the 3 locations
- Working with users in the following support… Issues with printer problems (Set ups, moves, Installs) Installing Hardware/Software as to user’s requirements/requests Blackberry “over the air” configuration to their Enterprise Servers Non secure and Secure Acceptance/Monitoring of VTC Bridge Acknowledgements
- Dealing with user’s issues related to Day to Day operations (Using “Remedy” Ticketing system)
- Assisted users with recovery/transfers, and creation of their Home drives Active Directory usage of setting user’s permissions (Granting/Denying) access to Server Resources.
- Working with Desk side Support (Tier 2) when it came to issues with printer problems (Set ups, moves, and renaming).
