- I ensure that all proper and legal documents are received, current, accurately verified and entered into the computer from new vendors, prior to payment being processed. I communicate with the Property Manager on a daily basis regarding the accuracy of invoices received from vendors.
- I attach purchase orders to invoices and ensure that all invoices are coded correctly, approved and paid in a timely manner in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- I access computerized financial reports to resolve vendor and payment disputes and discrepancies, and review and close out financial records. .
