Responsible for upgrading older Confidential and Content Server 10 versions to the latest Open Text Content Server 10.5 SP1 for all customer environments (Development through Production).
This work includes analyzing the client’s current Open Text EIM version, designing the upgrade plan and proper approach, and deploying software.
This includes the CS10.5 SP1 installation along with additional OT modules and the integration with OTDS (new Directory Services tool)
Managed the installation of Archive Server and migration of data from older Archive versions.
