I work with Dell enterprise products which include Windows 10 systems
Service Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) in customer offices
Installed MFP in customer offices which includes connecting the copier to the LAN
Handled customer on site network tickets; ticket problem codes include TCP/IP, DNS, and SMTP connection issues
Diagnose issues with the MFP based on sound, location of problem, and/or rate at which MFP malfunctions
