Responsibilities:

  • I work with Dell enterprise products which include Windows 10 systems
  • Service Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) in customer offices
  • Installed MFP in customer offices which includes connecting the copier to the LAN
  • Handled customer on site network tickets; ticket problem codes include TCP/IP, DNS, and SMTP connection issues
  • Diagnose issues with the MFP based on sound, location of problem, and/or rate at which MFP malfunctions
  • Arrange network connections to allow printing function, scan to folder, email, and fax options
