  • Software installation and maintenance on remote desktop
  • Respond to technical issues as they arise by documenting incident details, responding to requests, forwarding to appropriate department(s)/unit(s), and resolving incidents.
  • Provide continuous status information in a professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from clients experiencing problems with our technologies.
