Deskside Support Specialist


  • Image, configure, and provide support for firm laptops and desktops
  • Install, configure, and support MobileIron Messaging application for iOS and Android devices
  • Configure and trouble-shoot Blackberry devices
  • Provide A/V support by connecting and trouble-shooting inter-office and client-attorney Audio and Videoconferences
  • Work with firm’s support ticketing system (Assyst) to provide timely and professional support to 1000+ users
  • Troubleshoot issues with firm’s remote access solution (Juniper Networks)
  • Assist with telecommunications




  • Provide customer telephone with inquiries regarding services and products
