Responsibilities:

• Successfully imaged over 200 Confidential tough books as well as inventory them
• Have replaced hard drives and SSD’s on CF - series tough books with ones of proper size depending on the computer
• Successfully worked on 20+ orders for CF-series Confidential tough books for customers
• Effectively disassembled and assembled Confidential computers in order to remove certain parts or even to clean the inside of the screen
• Have replaced backlight keyboards on CF-series tough books as well as some broken keys with the proper key board for a specific order.
• Replaced RAM and also put in certain amount of RAM based on what the order is or even what the specific unit requires
• Configured touch screen options on specific Confidential CF-series tough books and tested functionality.
• Also tested the touch pad and mouse features along with testing the keyboards to confirm functionality.
