- Insurance verification for patient claims.
- Contacting, faxing necessary paperwork to insurance companies for reimbursement.
- Follow - up with patients (by phone) confirming appointments and all out-of-pocket expenses.
- Collection of co-pays when applicable.
- Responsible for the training of all new associates.
