  • Responsibilities include the upgrade of DELL XT2 tablet systems from Windows XP to Windows7 for the Confidential .
  • Along with printer re - connections, Lotus Notes Mail Templates, Primary User Logon Authentication and individual software requirements (per user requests) must be reinstalled and configured.

  • Responsibilities included creating, and installing updates and upgrades to the student and exchange visitor information system (SEVIS) software application.
  • I also assigned SEVIS helpdesk tickets using the REMEDY ticketing agent so that customer problems could be addressed.
  • I wrote development test plans, test analysis reports, test discrepancy reports and system change requests for the application.

  • Prior to this duty I was a task leader for the design and installation of VTC (Distance Learning and Logistics Technology) classrooms on Confidential armory sites throughout the United States.
  • These duties required the installation of between 12 and 34 student stations, a polycom based instructor station and a classroom server (including software) using individual IP addresses that connected to the Confidential network.
  • It was also required that VTC functionality between Confidential armory posts be performed and trouble shooting procedures be demonstrated to the Confidential along with maintenance procedure documentation prior to DD-250 approval signatures.
