WORK EXPERIENCE:
Tableau Specialist
Confidential, Florida
Responsibilities:
- I was contracted with Confidential to overhaul their healthcare data presentation to the client.
- I used Tableau to create a platform for clients to efficiently visualize and interact with big data.
- For example, an issue that arose for one client was the high cost of reviewing a claim, and they wanted to know where that cost was coming from and how it was associated to the procedure codes.
- By integrating their Medicare procedure code data from Excel into Tableau, I could show not only the total number of times the codes were requested, but also how often they were requested on a state - wide basis, and allowed the client to connect to this data live while interacting with it.
- The clinical reviews were then optimized for a better ROI, and Tableau was continuously used for the data output reports.
- This platform can cater to many data visualization needs, and can be used as a base line for other clients.

- I was responsible for program organizational tasks for the Maximo / Scheduler tower.
- As Project Manager, my role included project tracking, updating and controlling the project work plan, and dependency and risk management of the design documents.
