Responsibilities:

• Duties included resolving Remedy incident and change tickets. Incidents were initiated by the help desk I would assign my name to the ticket from the Remedy Incident Queue and begin investigation into the issue.
• When the incident was resolved, the customer who requested the change was notified of the resolution and the ticket was moved by me to resolved status.
• Change tickets, required approval(s) from one or more approvers after the changes were complete.
• The business analyst requiring the change was the usual approver.

• A group request that was completed by myself and one other analyst was to find all HR reports on Infopac (View Direct) that need a more broad description so upper management could use these reports in a more effective manner.
