I offer rounded technological understanding coupled with a measured approach to interpreting customer need bringing this together to produce solutions which are both cutting edge and beneficial. EXPERIENCE

  • My main area of focus has been the delivery of technological solutions using BMC Action Request System products V3 through to 7.6 and ITSM 6.x through to 7.6.04 As a result I have gained valuable experience when dealing with both internal and external customers implementing a wide-range of solutions using both ITSM and bespoke add-on ARS development. Main experience gained to date has been working for Blue Chip corporate clients in both consulting analysis and development roles.

  • I am on a 4 week notice period my current OTE salary 54k basic 20 bonus scheme plus a 750 per month car allowance is 73 000 per annum.
