Current Project

Field Technician

  • My responsibility's for AEC Groups current contract with Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts is that of remote field technician for Eastern Pennsylvania.
  • I am responsible for the daily field support of AOPC systems in eastern Pennsylvania counties. The statewide automated District Justice System DJS / Common Pleas Court Case Management System CPCMS . The CPCMS provides case management tracking for the offices of the clerks of court, court administration and Common Pleas judges and their staffs. Additional user groups include county fiscal offices, probation departments and limited write access for criminal justice-related offices District Attorney, Sheriff and Prisons connected to the AOPC or CPCMS network.
  • My daily activities include onsite installation and configuration of Citrix ICA clients, desktops, thin clients, printers and switches hubs and routers. Technical support and troubleshooting of the entire office from installations of wiring from demarcation point of service to end user. Workstation setup and removal. I also am the primary person responsible for development of Visio office floor plans and the updating all office documents. Complete office inventory reconciliation of all AOPC's technical equipment. I handle most of needed equipment repairs or replacements. I also handle the return of equipment to our vendors that includes the tracking and shipping all damaged or faulty equipment from my remote location. I provide daily reports on all my activities via AEC's Citrix remote desktop connection at the end of every day.
