Responsibilities:
- Participated in the full range of activities required to complete a data capture and storage solution; from responding to proposals to gathering requirements onsite, from development to successful deployment.
- Facilitated project progress by acting as a Lead developer on several projects. Acting as the information repository for project work as well as managing and encouraging the use of SharePoint internally.

- Created and managed companies internal/external Zendesk support platform to receive, respond to and resolve tickets from previous customers with support hours and to sell additional support to non-supported customers.
