- Started out as remote work, gathering information from technicians at various companies, in order to compile all relevant information into a Runbook that would allow Confidential to take over the IT operations at those companies. role transitioned to being an onsite “shadow phase” with the purpose of refining and completing the knowledge contained in that Runbook.
