  • Active Directory for account updates, password resets and new accounts, Exchange Admin Center 2013 to create and administer mail accounts, groups and permissions.
  • Environment is Mac OS 10.6, 10.8 and 10.9. Windows 7.
  • Utilize DeployStudio Runtime v1.6.11 for MAC and PC image builds.


MAC/Desktop Support 1 Week

  • Help desk using Remedy ticketing system. Provided support via phone, remote and deskside.
  • Casper Remote 8.73 and Remote Desktop Client for MAC.
  • Active Directory for account updates, password resets and new accounts.
  • Environment was Mac OS 10.6, 10.8 and 10.9. Windows 7 and 8.


Help Desk Level II

  • Support provided for 5 advertising agencies in various capacities. Agencies are CDM, Beanstalk,
  • LLNS, GMR and Footsteps.
  • Heavy corporate imaging of all Windows PCs and laptops HP Elite 8300 SFF Elite Book 8470p Utilized Norton 11.2 Ghost for Ghost Casting sessions on PCs. Imaged to Windows 7 Enterprise.
  • Heavy corporate imaging of all IMACs 21 27 , MacBook Pros 13 15 , Mac Towers and Mac Air Books. Casper Imaging version 8.64 utilized. Imaged to OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.6
  • Data backup and migration for term users, freelancers and lease swapped users.

Windows 7 Rollout/Refresh

  • Desktop/laptop refresh, reimaging, inventory and asset management, disposal and wiping of old systems, data backup and migration. Hard drive removal and storage for legal holds.
  • Cisco VDI Thin Client configuration and installation.
  • SharePoint utilized for asset tracking and system status updating.


  • Unpack, reconnect and label all POS, handhelds and tables.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with time constraints.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and networking.


  • Relocation of desktop systems, break down and reassembly.
