Responsibilities:

Work with peers and associates as a teammate to ensure that workflow technologies meet or exceed business requirements for stability, performance, availability and usage.
Configuration, installation, administration and maintenance of FileNet P8 environment.
Create and manage workflow, isolated region, queues, Rosters.
Creating group and users for newly registered member and configure document class and object store security.
Configuring object stores, doc classes, choice lists, search templates, LDAP groups and users.
Installation and Configuration of FileNet p8 Core Components: Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine.
Coordinating with IBM - Tech support for raising IBM -PMRs with the FileNet Infra related Problem.
Deployment and roll-outs the new Filenet Applications on PSS/Production servers.
Responsible for the FileNet application changes on the Productions servers.
Co-ordination with FileNet PSS Environment for the Production change Implementation Plans.
