  • Password resets, printer installs, software installs etc
  • Troubleshooting software malfunctions, printer malfunctions, virus alerts
  • Reviewing requests for elevated access before sending to appropriate group for approval
  • Escalating request to appropriate support group (sending unapproved software requests to liaison etc)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Responsible for handling all desktop level problems at the tier 1 level
  • Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware.
  • Installing & Configuring of Printer, scanners and copiers HP, Samsung, Canon etc.
  • Developing and building relationships with clients and allied professionals.
  • Requesting maintenance as needed to the computer system.
  • E - mailing Account configuration and Troubleshooting.
  • Usage of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Active Directory
  • Identifying whether or not a customer TEMPhas a virus, documenting all required information and forwarding it to the security team.
