Role will be responsible for writing technical documentation and SOP’s for client’s infrastructure systems so they must have a strong technical background and understanding of the technical systems.
Provide examples of technical documentation they have produced previously
Provide examples of SOP’s that they have produced previously
Give a presentation on documentation they have created
Perform a hands - on diagram session utilizing a white board/smart board
