Position : IT Specialist / QuickBase Administrator

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Provide PC and Client/Server technical support for around 90 users by phone, email and remote access using Kaseya agent .
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve client issues with hardware maintenance, installations and upgrades.
  • Rebuild computers for new user and install required software, install updates and patches
  • Configure VPN clients in users' machines
  • Support users for Microsoft Office Products
  • Identify, isolate and repair computer equipment showing wear and tear as well as during preventative maintenance routines
  • Create new user in active directory and assign access control
  • Setup email with alias and add to respective groups
