UNIX Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

The Analyst will provide technical support and management for client’s proprietary print and imaging application PP.
In this role, the Analyst is responsible for the proper processing of the PP application which includes output to content manager on demand for online data and print vendor, data inputs from mainframe/Unix platforms integration to print output, and all supported applications, including the assurance that the expected results from application processing are being achieved.
The PP Analyst will provide proactive management of the PI application and assist in the resolution of incidents and reporting.
