OBJECTIVE:

Seeking an electrical and instrumentation supervisor position within an industrial production or manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities including problem solving, planning, safety, organizing and budget management. As a nuclear power, INPO certified instructor, I am proficient at developing and delivering training utilizing the systematic approach to training (SAT) process.
  • Responsible for the scheduling, coordinating, and supervising of all onsite electrical maintenance activities in a mill environment utilizing mill personal and subcontractors.
  • Complete project electrical planning and determine scope of work for major upgrade projects with a focus on reliability and reducing energy costs.
  • Monitor work performance and productivity of mill personnel and subcontractors as assigned to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are maintained.
  • Coordinate best practices with supply chain manager on all purchase orders related to keep - fill consumables, equipment and spare part inventory. Maintain accountability for all electrical project functions including resources, budget, and schedule through daily communication and monthly reports.
