Responsibilities:
- The CRM specialist will work with a team of the clients Staff to transfer knowledge, create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the CRM discipline.
- The CRM specialist will work closely with the discipline architects to create (write) governance artifacts for CRM.
- They will create rollout plans for new tools, technologies and frameworks within CRM. They will create deployment plans.
- They will operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the CRM discipline.
- They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within CRM.
- They will participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with other SOA Discipline Leads, the Governance Specialist, the Technical Writer and Project Manager.
- Activities include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's customer relationships processes and knowledge for the clients IT SOA Initiative.
