Telecom Fraud Manager - Service Delivery and Support
Manage anti-fraud program with 24X7 network monitoring, detection, reporting and mitigation of fraudulent or negative margin traffic using ClearIP/TransNexus FMS, industry fraud contacts, internal and external tickets and reports. Support legal team with subpoena research and responses.
Monitor, detect, and mitigate suspect domestic, toll free and international traffic on the network using Equinox Protector FMS, GCS and internal reports.
