  • Monitor servers online for the companies six states. If there is a problem with connectivity, call the call the state to find out what type of problems they may be experiencing, if needed call their internet service provider to make sure there is no problems with the service. Escalate to appropriate resource if necessary.
  • This was a temporary position through Tri-State Staffing Services, I originally worked for the company as their temporary Administrative Assistant. I have also assisted other employees with projects, such as photo copying and putting together binders or booklets for presentations.
