Confidential Wintel Team Manager Moved through the organization from Help Desk Analyst to Wintel Engineer, Team Lead, Operations Project Manager and now Wintel Team Manager. LEADERSHIP I manage and coach a global group of Windows Server/VMWare Engineers in Oak Brook, IL, Kansas City, India, Malaysia and Mexico. Currently managing projects for both McDonald's and Hallmark to significantly expand their VMWare footprint to reach a target of 75 server virtualization. Under my direction, we transitioned Wintel, Network, Desktop, Messaging and Help Desk for this new client within very ambitious timelines with minimal disruption to the end users. Lead a team of engineers that has delivered over 300 Wintel servers to a more robust VMWare platform. This infrastructure not only allows quick-deployment of new server images, but has provided both ACS and the customer substantial savings in annual hardware costs. Delivered a 30-office server migration in less-than 3 months coordinating the efforts of 8 engineers from multiple platforms. This project was delivered several weeks early and under budget. Lead a group of engineers that migrated the entire 100-server McDonald's Canada environment from Toronto to Eagan, MN, and another 150 Wintel servers migration from our Oak Brook data center to the ACS Eagan facility
