As you can see, I have close to 10 years of consistent IT experience. The things that I have accomplished have been nothing less than extraordinary starting with getting images from bad hard drives and transferring them to a good hard drive thus the customer has not only all data but programs and personal settings still intact. Also saving recovery partitions and activating them in the new hard drive so they can have factory recovery installed. I also have removed many viruses without having to reinstall the whole OS meaning if necessary backup then restore their personal data and reinstalling software.
