- Prepare a label for the originals and copies; this will include the Name of the competition, the CFDA number, the billing code, and the application closing date.

- Receive the Technical Review Forms( TRFS) and/ or Panel Summary forms from the SEI lead.
- Verify that all reviewers’ TRFS have been collected and completed.
- Make sure the label and/ or cover page on each TRF states the applicant name and PR/Award# and any other information requested by CM. ( The SEI lead shall provide a copy of the TRF and information to be checked during proofing prior to proofing).
- Make 3 copies of each TRF and Panel Summary form. One copy will be filed with the original application, one copy to Applicant Authorizing Official (AO).
- Proof each Technical Review Form and Panel Summary form for each application.
- Return the original and copies to the Grant Supervisor.
- The Grant Supervisor will proof the copies received against the originals for quality control (QC).
- The Grant Supervisor will place together the original TRF, a copy of the TRF and the Original Application, and forward them to the SEI lead for review.
- Two sets of copies TRF’s are filed in the secured room until the competition slate is received and authorized.
