  • Proof each Technical Review Form and Panel Summary form for each application.
  • Return the original and copies to the Grant Supervisor.
  • The Grant Supervisor will proof the copies received against the originals for quality control (QC).
  • The Grant Supervisor will place together the original TRF, a copy of the TRF and the Original Application, and forward them to the SEI lead for review.
