- Smart Automation - As and when the products are replenished, the packslip information were triggered from Manhattan and sent to Smart Automation. Once packed and labelled from Smart Auto, WM will receive the divert information and WM updates the carton/order to packing/manifested/shipped accordingly. Jiffy follows the same but the packslip information all send once for all orders waved since all orders are associated for the single same SKU.
- Fedex Hub Addition - Configured Wave templates, task rule, task eligibility with combined UI/SQL scripts and supported testing with scan data diverting system.
- Handbags - Supported Manhattan configuration for shipping products as a Warehouse Transfer from Rockymount to Suffolk facility. Worked with complete design for creating blind pickticket, RF option to add products to ship out automatically, Creating ASN’s for the receiving facility.
- Voice Picking - Worked with Manhattan and Dematic for the Voice Picking flow design for Multiline products picking. As and when the products are replenished, WM release the INT50 task with the custom message to WCS. WCS voice picks the product in the tote and staged to the packing location. WM “RF Pack From tote” packs it with the packSlip and ship the orders.

- Developed and managed spring based java applications to support WM2014 and Classic releases integration for inbound and outbound messages processing.
- Governor/Splitter - Designed, Developed and Deployed spring based java applications to manage the inbound/outbound messages to WM (Item, Orders, oLPN cancel, manifest, update, QA sample Receiving, ASN’s etc..). This application diverts to either wm2014 or wm2009 based on the logic check by parsing the XML data pulled from the input source (MQueue, FTP file). The destinations will be either MQQueue or FTP locations where DIF/MIF(Routers) or EIS pull these messages and process it accordingly. Confidential needs this since they have classic for Hard Goods and Platform (2014) for Jewelry in the same facility.
- TMS Pallet Publisher, Cubiscan, Slotting Web Service - Designed, Developed and Deployed these applications to support Manhattan WMOS palletization and Cubiscan dimensions sync to Confidential system (Magic Logic and i2 TMS applications). TMS Pallet publisher creates the pallet in the host systems based on the incoming ASN’s to facilitate easy receiving process. WM sends the cubiscan dimensions in Item Message template format (during the receiving process) which will be used to maintain the pallet case dimensions on the host system. Slotting web Service call applications finds the free Top Combo Pick Location and slot the Sku whose orders are ready to fulfill.
