SR. HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • I supported Lawson, CornerStone (ATS & LMS), writing test Scripts, UAT testing, HR, payroll in about 32 access databases where I also developed many of my own databases that supported payroll, Compensation, Benefits and SOX auditing.
  • In my role, I was responsible for both the ship & shore payroll as well as HR data reporting directly from the backend tables.
  • I also work with our IT department on any Lawson security patches, updates and IF10 parameters for integration.
  • Our team used Daptive for project Management and ServiceNow for tracking and resolving open HRIS and Kronos tickets.
  • One of my projects was to streamline JRT and JRTS data delivery to CornerStone’s ATS from Lawson’s HCM. In the beginning, the JRT and JRTS was a 3-4 hr daily responsibility of manual data manipulation for our team, within 2 days I streamlined it down to about 2 minutes using ORACLE SQL Developer and an Access database. In many of my projects, I was creating access databases and writing SQL, VBA and complex formulas in Excel to integrate with Lawson, HR, Payroll, and reporting.
  • I also developed code for a database that uses Lawson’s employee, position, and supervisor structure to create large organizational charts that could be broken out at any level.

HRIS Consultant

Confidential

Responsibilities:

  • While working with Confidential as an HRIS consulted for an HR benefits call center in Tampa.
  • I help to streamline data processes and help track employee performance through progress reports where data was captured by the work entered into the database by the employee.
  • While on assignment with Confidential I worked as an HR SSC HRIS Senior Associate and I created complex reports using V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphing and Macros in this position to develop more efficient ways to analyze data.
  • I have already streamlined a few departmental processes like Load 2 Job (L2J). I used MS Access, SQL statements, macros, and VBA language to pull data directly from the PeopleSoft tables and export comparison data to Excel.
  • This process would typically take up to 6hrs to accomplish. This new process cuts down on time to around 20 min and eliminates many opportunities for human error by automating the entire project to just 5 buttons that represent each step in the process. I also created a similar process for assigning workflow in HRMD.
