Onsite - Functional Support Consultant for Oracle Taleo Recruit (15B)
Responsibilities: Support role for Oracle Taleo 15B release and the scope of project includes Taleo Recruit & OBIEE and Taleo Learn modules. This is an onsite client facing role and I took over the sole responsibility of handling existing issues, debugging and providing solutions, Train the Trainer plan, documentations for user and supporting Fusion - Taleo integration.

The project was handed over to me for a limited period only, to design the solution and documentation as per AIM methodology. Responsibilities: Presented as the Functional Consultant for Oracle Taleo, I took over the complete responsibility of delivering the product implementation and go-live for Confidential Confidential Group. I involved in collecting the requirements, aligning it to the application functionality, redefining the processes and preparing the deliverables such as RD.011, BR.100, DO.060, TE.025 and other documents.
