Responsibilities:

  • Confidential Project Champion: Confidential Manufacturing Operation wanted to track the Labor and non Labor hours in Manufacturing. Also they required to Auto log out the Assembler if they are logged into another activity. This made sure the Assemblers are always logged in either Labor or Non Labor Workorder. I have worked on creating a program to capture the time on Shop Floor once the work Order is selected by the Assembler. Also created the XML Reports and SSRS reports as per the user requirements to send the details of the Time captured.   • HR Hierarchy Organization: An organization hierarchy illustrates the relationships between the organizations. When you define a hierarchy, you tell Oracle Projects which organizations are subordinate to which other organizations. Oracle Projects uses the hierarchy version to determine which organizations are used for reporting and processing. I was involved in creating any missing organizations, changing the Effective start date of the organization in order to update or create new Hierarchies as provided by the business. Delete any duplicate or obsolete Organization and also to update the organizations names. This was done using the API programs and also creating required reports using the XML Publisher.
