  • I replaced a number of UNIX based C Confidential scripts with Perl scripts which interrogated Confidential ’s File Management System (FMS) Oracle database to identify potential issues with their SeisWorks file distributions. This greatly decreased computer time required to obtain this information, thus freeing the company's server resources.
