  • tasked with implementing Absent Management fuctionality into an already existing 11i HR enviorment led the full life cycle implementation through Familiarization, Elaberation, Validation, and Cutover.
  • Through client interviews, evaluated HR policies and procedures as part of requirements and gap analysis to map requirements to system functionality and propose solutions to gaps. Developed Process flows and narratives to define current state and new system configuration adhering to AIM Methodology
