Implemented an Order Entry front-end Tool using OAF for the Inside Reps which will meet IKON Inside Sales Business needs and objectives (Quote Creation and Modification, Order Creation using API’s).
Integrated the new OAF page with the other applications such as Research and Diagnostics Tool, Install Base, Global Address form.
Implemented a Quick History OAF screen which will have option to view existing quotes and orders. It will allow user to create return orders on existing orders.
