- Split Work Orders for Frontken, Singapore: Every time an item comes for service, work order will be created in the background along with a maintenance sales order. Maintenance sales order is for to the customer and work order is for tracking the status inside the service floor. If multiple items come for service and part them were already repaired, Frontken wants send the repaired goods in the middle before finishing repair of all the items. To achieve that, the work order has to be split and a new maintenance sales order line will be created for the remaining items.
- Wrong Receipts for Ferrari, Italy: Ferrari sometimes receives goods on a wrong warehouse. The received goods will then be moved to the correct warehouse. In that case, they want to have a transfer order to be created automatically during warehouse receipts process. This transfer order creation and its processing will be taken care automatically without user intervention.
- Cash Flow Statement Reports for Malaysian Transformers, Malaysia: This is an Excel based report developed to print Cash flow structure in a tabular format. Cash flow structure should be defined in a tree structure for this. Here, output is report layout is set by the customer. So, the report has been developed using the background XML structure of the excel sheet.
- Reopened Periods for Invensys Rail Ltd, Australia: Sometimes there would be a need to post transactions in a closed period which is not possible in standard. IRL wants to post some financial transactions in a closed period. For this, they wanted to have authority structure which was defined by their management. Some employees having the authority will be able to post transaction in the closed period. They need to re-close the periods and year after posting.
- Lockbox Preprocessor for Pittsburg Glass Works, USA: Lockbox preprocessor is a way of adjusting all the invoices receipts through bank files. Here bank will send the paid invoice details in a file and the cheques information. We should create unallocated receipts for the cheque amount and assign that to all the invoices in that file. This is a customized version of EBS and Remittance. But here, the whole process of creation of documents and assignments will be done automatically.
- Invoicing for Italian Customers for Planter Filters, Homedics and Astaldi, Italy: All the Italian customizations were handled at customer’s place. This project involves the support for existing customizations and development of new customizations. Also handled many customizations for different customers based on the specification from Italian PSO. This is a generic invoicing report developed for Italian customers according to their legal requirements. This report contains information according to their tax structure. Total invoice report layout has been changed according to their requirement.
- Packing List for ABB Power Systems, Sweden: This customization deals with the generation of handling unit structure for a BOM item based on the criteria given by customer. Handling unit structure will be generated for all the items associated with the BOM structure. This customization will generate a packing slip number automatically for the shipments based on the criteria specified by ABB.Involved in the development of various customizations and support for existing customizations and provided onsite support at go live.
- ERP-Telepro & EPR-WAS Integrations for Tyco, Singapore: This is an integration project which will create an XML file during some times of service order activities. These XMLs will be sent to some interfaces for further processing.
