• Designed and developed Supplier, Supplier sites and Supplier sites contact conversion program in PLSQL. The program is designed to execute the conversion in 3 steps 1. Extract the data from the .csv files using a concurrent program which calls SQL Loader and loads the data into custom interface table 2. Amounts have to be formatted according to the currency code. The PO report should be for different languages like Japanese, German, Spanish and UK & US English.
• Worked on integration of Bank Payments (EFT) from EBS to UK, German and Japanese Banks. The payment format expected for UK is BACS for amounts less than 100000 pounds otherwise CHAPS format. For German and Japanese the format expected is SEPA. The Banks wanted all the formats to be XML and also there are additional tags needed by each of the Banks and those tags are not available in seeded EBS generated payment EFT files. Did customization of the XSL and XMLs to match the Banks requirement, have custom payment methods for each of the payment formats and personalization of the invoice and payment forms to default the payment methods based on the amounts and currency.
• Worked on Bank statement upload and reconciliation into EBS. UK and German Banks have MT 940 format but the format which EBS expects is different from the format the Banks are providing. The standard Bank statement upload functionality will not work so working on the custom SQL loader and also use custom interface table to upload the statements to EBS.
