MITS Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Acted as Project Manager, built and maintained the procurement Renewals database & front end app,using Longtion App Builder, allowing to have a method of adding, updating, reporting and notifying clients of upcoming hardware/software renewals which allowed for a substantial revenue increase in that area. SQL used for all processes including the renewal email notifications and job completion status. This new database and process allowed for a substantial revenue increase in that area.
  • Acted as Project Manager, built and maintained a Product Shipment Tracking DB process. Data extracted from online CNETs Channel Online Procurement system Channel Online and All Covered's GoBase ERP reporting process. Loading and all processes done in SQL. SQL Database and procedures were used to load and process each product tracking files sent in by each vendor. These were received via ftp or email and loaded into SQL tables. This data was then extracted out of SQL and into a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that was shared on SharePoint so internal personnel can see the status of their client’s procurement shipments and have knowledge of their clients procurement order status.
  • Performed analytical reporting of procurement metrics, forecasting, revenue, manufacturer metrics and more to upper management. This data was exported from the procurement system Channel Online and the in grown All Covered GoBase ERP reporting process and then loaded into a SQL database, merged and reported on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, including Year over Year manufacturer metrics. Data then exported into Micorsoft Excel and Pivot tables built to display the data as needed for executive review.
  • Assisted the business with the putting together their business requirements and documentation for the implementation of the Ariba procurement system.
  • Developed and assisted with administration on the Remedy ITSM suite, which included supporting the team whenever needed including development and administrative tasks.
