- Provided ABAP support to MM, SD, FI, PM and BW Functional Developers to meet or enhance business requirements. This involved design, testing, documentation as well as assisting the Functional Developer in choosing the best ABAP component(s).
- Designed, coded, tested and implemented inbound and outbound interface programs for processing of Concur Travel and Expense data. Outbound interface involved extracting SAP Employee HR Master Data and SAP FI Cost Objects (Cost Centers, G/L Accounts, Internal Orders and WBS) and mapping the data to the Concur Travel & Expense record formats. Inbound interface involved receiving the nightly transactions from Concur (flat file) and creating FI Invoices in SAP for Employee reimbursement. - Designed, coded, tested and implemented outbound interface of SAP data to ARIBA. This task involved extracting Cost Objects (G/L Accounts, Cost Centers, Orders & WBS), MM data (Vendors, Materials, Material Groups), FI Invoices including LIV referencing a SES), User Id’s (including Name and email address), Pcard Invoices from Concur nightly file) and formatting the data to ARIBA record structures and preparing files for transmission as CSV.
