Led a small team of support specialists and admin specialists.
Oversaw maintaining the current system while bringing up a new Gentran Integration Suite system.
Troubleshot any errors and fixed them, then move on to onboarding new Trading Partners.
After a successful onboarding, that Partner was then added to the new GIS system.
This was an SAP house, so I dealt with incoming 850 XML data that I would transform into Idocs and then 810, 856, etc. would be converted back out of the SAP system.
This would come inbound to my system and would be translated into whatever the Trading Partner wanted. (X12, comma delimited, XML).
SAP Idocs include ORDERS, INVOICS, DESADV and others.
Held weekly meetings to be sure all Partners were at peak performance.

Troubleshot any and all data, comm, and SAP issues and fix them immediately while detailing a plan to fix the core issues so these problems would cease to exists.

Worked directly with the business side as well as the client to ensure all specs were followed and all data was properly traded.
This was a Gentran Integration Suite and SAP platform.
This included all mapping, and MRS document changes, and communication upgrades and fixes.
For an inbound Purchase Order for example, I would work with the client to develop a trading path. (AS2, SFTP, Etc.) Then once that was established, I would get test data from that partner and map that data to an inbound ORDERS into SAP.
Worked directly with the SAP Team to have them return an INVOIC doc and a DESADV doc used for shipping notifications.
Worked with the trading partner to be sure all their data needs were being met.
