  • HCM ERP Technical team lead handling HCM support for Marathon Petroleum (Downstream), technical and functional. Responsibilities involved being the main point of contact in handling production incidents, new development requests, projects, and conducting bi-weekly meetings with the client to prioritize their tickets and discuss our work progress. Other duties included ensuring all Service Level Agreements were met, researching OSS notes and applying OSS notes to resolve system technical issues.
  • Lead the development efforts each year for Benefits Open Enrollment project which includes vendor interface modifications, new vendor interfaces, modifications to the confirmation forms, and modifications to the portal for Benefits Open Enrollment.
  • Headed Speedway stores Annual Compensation project, handling all enhancements and development which included ABAP development, portal enhancements and the IMG configuration for Enterprise Compensation.
