SAP Application Manager / Senior Technical Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Led SAP Implementation for Big Lots ecommerce implementation, supplier direct fulfillment and Buy Online Pick up in Store (BOPIS) initiative. Built the EDI and REST API interfaces between Big Lots, vendors and Manhattan Warehouse management system and BPM processes to third party logistics partners. Built a high performing, real-time Available-to-Sell Inventory service using SAP function to call POSDM for intra-day sales and returns. This allows the customer to check real time availability of Big Lots products on website
  • Led implementation of new IT hierarchy changes implemented with a field reorganization, including store master data changes in SAP, organizational hierarchy change in HR, sales reporting and email distribution changes in DW / MSI and third-party interface changes.   • Facebook Audience creation API enables Social Media team to target Big Lots Ads on customer’s Facebook page. This process was tedious and manual before and limited to 10,000 email addresses at a time.
