  • Identifying Production Orders that have completed their order but did not complete delivery requirements. This eliminated over $60,000,000 of false material requirements for the client

  • Identified thousands of “required” materials on BOMs that had never been consumed and worked with end users to reduce their required quantities. This reduced excess inventory while maintaining safety invnetory.

  • Developed a Preproduction Checklist to help Production Controllers evaluate the status of their Production Orders 120 days prior to the Release date. This was designed to identify problems with Production Scheduling, Funding, Material requirements and overall Production. This reduced the number of production problems by addressing them early in the planning process.
  • Developed a series of COOIS reports that were used to review Production Orders and Planned Orders to evaluate key elements such as Unallocated Components, “Q” Stock, and IPV materials. This led to increased accuracy of the BOMs and improved efficiency of Production Order execution.
