  • This is a green field implementation in S/4 HANA 1809, business transformation project. The scope includes integration of SAP partner’s certified solutions of it.Agro (agriculture & agronomy solutions & it.Smart Iincentives (produce incentive solutions) into the core SAP finance.
  • As the solution architect, responsible for designing the enterprise structure, Group chart of accounts,, adopt best practices in AR (customer deductions / incoming payments ) & AP (automatic payment programs, native SAP tax functionalities / 1099 reporting etc.,).

  • The geographical & product line variations were a challenging scope to deliver a global template.
  • We implemented the Model Company solutions from SAP and designed the business processes with governance around it. The mega processes include the core Accounting with GL /AR/AP/AA & Product Costing / Material Ledger with actual costing.
  • We retired about 12~ financial applications with this project and was a successful transformation. The overall scope of finance includes all core modules on GL/AR/AP/AA and in controlling included CCA / IO / Product Costing with material ledger.
