Responsibilities:

Canada Trade Savings project - Global initiative to build interfaces with Canadian customs for all Imports into Canada from any part of the world. Transactions comprised inter-company invoices with goods shipped worldwide and third party sales orders emanating from CA where the vendor supplying goods is outside of CA. Team member representing Quote To Cash, created three new output types from invoices to generate IDOCs which were later converted to flat files by the PI system for an external system called Mercury. The two main interfaces are shipments and consignee.
Vistex to version 3.0E Support pack 2 Project - Global project undertaken to support Vistex for the prior version of 3.0D end of 2015. Lead a team of 4 Vistex consultants, 2 functional team members, 20 users, 3 developers and the Basis team to support the upgrade. The newly developed portal piece for the Bill Backs provided a more user friendly dynamic interface.
SAP implementation in Brazil - As Quote To Cash manager, implemented SAP in 3 divisions in Brazil included budgeting, team selection, conducting team meetings, project governance, managing off shore consultants, testing, etc. Resulted in 3 divisions Implemented Unity (Eaton SAP), reporting became much easier, saved time and money keeping within timeframe and budget.
Upgrade of SAP Global Trade Services to version 7.0 (Global) - As a Project Lead, implemented Global Trade Services 7.0 for Sanctioned Party List and Embargo screening for over 7 Cooper divisions spread across 14 different countries, a legal compliance requirement.
Pricing & Rebates in SAP within US and Canada - As the Global Pricing Lead, implemented R/3 Pricing & Rebates in 6 divisions. Additions/changes were reviewed and approved (Pricing governance).
Vistex Cooper Connection for US and Canada - Led the implementation of Vistex Composite Rebate module for Cooper Corporate for an annual rebate of over 35 million USD to customers. During the implementation, the original Vistex design was significantly modified to avoid unnecessary changes to Vistex configuration and ended up saving extensive processing time.
SAP R/3 upgrade to ECC 6.0 (Global) - As a team member, participated in the SAP upgrade project from R/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Created test scripts, conducted DEV testing and worked with users on QAS testing.
