• Lead the team responsible for the development of a financial business case for a Sarbanes-Oxley/Controls and SAP implementation project for a mid-market manufacturing company. Business case provided Board of Directors appropriate support to fund the deployment of a controlled environment and an SAP implementation.
• Lead a finance team in the completion of a divestiture stabilization project. Responsible for the project planning and execution of activities to assist the new company to become an independent entity. Activities included business process design, staff training, policies and procedures development, and Finance Transformation preparation (including Close, Consolidate and Report process improvement, material weakness remediation and Sarbanes-Oxley testing preparation).
• Lead the finance team responsible for the implementation of ECC 6.0 for a $1.5b manufacturing company in NC. Responsible for planning, staffing, plan execution and reporting, and cutover. I was personally responsible for the SAP design of their legal entity structure and the configuration of the same in the ECC 6.0 environment. I was also responsible for the design and configuration of their legal consolidations module (EC-CS) and integration management with SRM and quote-to-cash threads.
